What odd hobby do you have that is not normal? - Hern - Oct 15, 2026
I am really curious to know if anyone has any out of the ordinary hobbies.
I will say that I often make custom keyboards down to the PCB/Motherboard layer and soldering/doides and such.
Since we all are tinkerers I am sure there are some others that have some cool interesting hobbies that you don't hear of often!

I guess mine is model kits ? Not many people do em , I love it. It's my primary hobby

What is the largest kit you have spent time on and on display? I have seen some that are like 2-3 feet tall!

I've only gotten MG's so far, so they are mostly the same size tbh.

I collect die-cast cars as well. I've got a couple of large boxes filled with different models, from classic cars to sports cars and even some vintage airplanes. It's a fun way to reminisce about my childhood and admire these miniature masterpieces.

I am still upset I missed the cheap $5 sub earlier this year for shodan. I want an account but knowing it is $5 sometimes I can't see myself paying the $50 or whatever it is currently.

Digging holes. Idk I dig a lot of holes, not even for work or anything.. just for fun. I probably dig around 1 - 2 holes a week and more depending on my stress levels.
