Sports betting API - Roberto Scorpius Malfoy - Oct 15, 2026

Looking for a reliable sports betting API that provides real-time odds, live scores, and match data across multiple sports. Ideally similar to Bet365.

Any recommendations for good providers?

I think Kalshi and Polymarket offer a free API. Not sure if that's what you're looking for.

ESPN has a free API with live scores, match data, and betting odds across multiple sports. No API key needed, but it’s unofficial/undocumented.

Bet365 has no public API, so anything "Bet365-like" is either scraped data or a reseller. What I've seen work:

• BetsAPI, the closest to what you want. It has Bet365 endpoints (prematch + inplay odds, results, events), plus a lot of niche stuff like eSoccer and eBasketball that most providers ignore. Paid, but solid uptime.
• The Odds API, easiest to start with, has a free tier and covers a lot of bookmakers in one call. Good for comparing prices, weaker on live/in-play.
• API-Football (api-sports), great for fixtures, live scores, lineups and stats, with a free daily quota. Odds are there but limited.
• Sportmonks, similar idea, more polished, pricier.

Kalshi/Polymarket are prediction markets, not bookmaker odds, so prices won't match a sportsbook. ESPN's endpoint is fine for scores but it's undocumented and can change without warning.

My advice: pick by what you actually need. Odds comparison → The Odds API. Bet365 lines specifically → BetsAPI. Scores/stats → API-Football. And always store the data yourself, live odds move fast and APIs go down at the worst moment.

Betting sites don't have APIs. It's risky and allows exploitation/abuse.

You can find live scores etc, but not be able to give actual orders to place bets or cashout

I went with BetsAPI, but my issue is that they’re missing some data during live matches, such as corners, shots on target, and “Dangerous Attacks.”

I found out that [LivePulsePro](https://livepulsepro.com/) offers these features, but they haven’t responded to my email.

I’ve also heard that some people sell source code for this kind of stuff, but I’m not sure if they can be trusted.
