Something we all just accept because "that is how things are" even though nobody can really explain why.
For me, I think we need to stop acting like saying sorry automatically fixes everything.
Real apologies should come with changed behavior.

Small talk with strangers in elevators. We are all just standing there in an awkward metal box for 30 seconds. Nobody actually cares, and we both know it. Silence is fine, but somehow it's considered weird if you don't say something

Posting your entire schedule on social media, too much PII, They post what they eat for breakfast, their gym, work, inside their home.. and even let you know what time they sleep "Last online 8 hours ago" lmao.. like go to Snapchat maps and see how many people you can look at and track all day.. from home to work, all the way to the grocery store.. then back home.
