So considering the fact that he's an Uber, with 88 +reps, no scam reports and many helpful posts, I was convinced that he was legit.
Therefore, I sent him $51 (we had another conversion, where I told him that I would only be trading $50 and not $55) through my paypal to his provided account, straight away.

He didn't accept the payment for a day, so I PM'd him and emailed him asking him what's up. So after a day he accepted the payment and I was all happy that he would WU the money within a day or so as he agreed upon.
It had been a few days and I didn't hear from him so I PM'd him again with the following message on September 12:

I waited a couple of days and didn't get any updates from him, so I PM'd him again on September 16:

Well I didn't have a choice, so I waited a day and didn't get any updates from him, so I PM'd him again on September 17:

I saw that message and I was a bit relieved, so I replied back asking him to send me the transaction id or a proof of the payment made by him through Western Union.
I have not heard from him ever since September 18, 2010. Even though he comes online everyday, probably checks my daily sent PM to him asking him to send me the proof of his payment, but I have yet to hear from him after so many days.
Here is some proof of him logging into his HF account everyday, but he doesn't respond to my messages.

I don't know what his reasons are, but he should have at least replied to me to provide me with proof of his transaction. He seems like a helpful guy, that's why I've labeled this thread as "Possibly a Scammer" instead of "Scammer" because I want to give him a chance to explain himself and rectify this issue. For the same reason, I have still not charged him back through paypal. I believe in the goodness of people especially in someone who has been a helpful member of this community, but if he doesn't respond to this thread (even though I told him I'd be making this scam report if he doesn't respond to my PM within 24 hours, I sent that message 48 hours ago, again me being lenient with him and not making this thread until today) I'd have no choice to label him as a "Scammer" and ask for a refund through paypal.
Just to show that I'm indeed giving him a chance to fix this, I am going to send him a PM again and link him to this thread.
Let's see what happens :(

That's actually the best scam report I have ever seen on HF. The way "unstopabl3" handled this situation staying calm and not threatening him in anyway. I find this remarkable. You have my support anytime unstopabl3 :)

Well I sent him a PM notifying him of this thread but still no reply from him.

So it looks like I indeed got scammed by VanquishUK

Even then, I'll ask him nicely to refund my money. If he still doesn't co-operate then I will be escalating this issue through paypal myself.
I hope that he learns his lesson from this post and that the goodness in his heart might compel him to refund my money.

I have also had problems with VanquishUK, I am still in the process of trying to get my money back or my product.
If he dosent refund me I am also going to create a scam report.

Even if he needed the money, it doesn't give him the right to steal / scam others.

I didn't add the images for the other PM's to reduce clutter. Plus I can't edit my first post now :/
In any case, I think I have provided enough evidence to prove he has scammed me. Moreover, I also showed you guys a SS of his post made in this thread accepting shamelessly that he has indeed scammed me and that he doesn't care if he gets banned.
He later removed that post by the way!

Great scam report, bro.
Members of the sort should be banned. Using their ub3r user status to gain trust, just to stab new users in the back. Finally, a new member catching a trusted user in the act, and filing a great scam report.
