Last time I checked: his name was purely just "Framed" on an instant messaging application, and to be rather honest I speak with Framed everyday on MSN and he hasn't ever responded as quickly as the person in the image your provided.

I'm speaking in regards to the person that you're bringing the eyes of all reader's attention to, the person whom is apparently claiming to be "Framed - Saiyan" which I've gotten the idea from you that this person is an impostor of the Moderator on these forums by the name of "Framed".
