xD Yea pretty easy programm. Can't learn to much from this bcause you take the Ext IP from a site where nothing else is shown, so people can't see how to get a specific line out of a website. But anyways nice tut. ^^

Why should you use get my ip at clicking button? Why not when the program loads.
And you could always use this

Function GetIP() As String

  Using GetAdd As New Net.WebClient

    Return GetAdd.DownloadString("http://whatismyip.org/")

  End Using

    End Function

And make it show in a textbox by typing this at form1_load

Textbox1.text = GetIP()
