PhilKer Usergroup? - Elite Hacker 69 - Oct 22, 2010
What is the point of this usergroup? I read through it and it basically looks like a Philipino-Only usergroup..
Then it said a bunch of other shit, and I was denied for not living in the Philippines.
Just wondering if there is something special about this or if it is just a segregated group on the forum?
Thanks
