Performance over Appearance [TuT] - Stеalth - Oct 25, 2010 If you're computer going reasonably slow? Well with this small tutorial it could speed it up a considerable amount. Bare in mind, only follow this tutorial if you're not bothered about what your computer looks like (eg. windows classic). However, it can be undo with a click of a button, so no need to worry. First you're going to want to press start, and type in the following: Code Adjust the performance Then you'll want to click on 'Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows' You'll then be given this menu, where you will choose the setup you prefer. Or you could choose the recommended one. Good luck. * - wafflezzz - Oct 25, 2010 And who doesn't know how to do this? Obviously if you're on HF you have to have SOME knowledge, and this is just one of those things that an 85 year old man that's never touched a computer before could find. * - Stеalth - Oct 25, 2010 (Oct 25, 2010 12:14 PM)wafflezzz Wrote: And who doesn't know how to do this? Some people might overlook easy small tweaks such as this. |
