I know there are allot of portable .Net codedom compilers out there, but i though I would release mine anyway:

Features:
- Save.
- Save as.
- Open.
- Copy and paste.
- Edit font and color.
- Compile.
- Compile and run.
- Edit name , .Net version, target(console, form, dll), icon.
- Add/remove references.
Im also planning on adding multiple document support and basic syntax highlighting(just keywords and strings) and will release the source when I am finished.

Is it set to use a environmental variable / certain path to access the .NET files?

Yes, csc(c sharp compiler) automatically includes the .Net dll's in its path.

very nice mate. syntax highlighting would be a bitch if you had to do all the vars >.<
Make sure you highlight strings :o
