Today, started creating my webpage.. after few houers of work.. what do you think? And what can be improved?

1. Dont like it at all, looks like it was made in the early 90s.

As I am a webdesigner, I have alot to point out.
The main text is black (same color as the top section of the background) so it's not readable if the viewer doesn't select the text. You'll have to change that.
And this is just what I think, the blue and black in the background doesn't match at all, go to http://www.colourlovers.com/ and find a table you like, use the colors from the table in your website, that way, you'll make sure the colors are alright, and then we have the diagonal stripes, (or if they are diagonal stripes) they have to be fixed. Add borders to the buttons and center the page. Hope this helps.

Thanks alot! I hope you can help me after I have fixed that 🤝 Im just the beginner.. (made many pages, but it was more editing templates.. the last ones are made totaly from scratch..).
Btw, buttons have borders (except the top border, which isnt needed since doesnt look good..) and page is centered (or if you mean the center from top and bottom to.. the Ill fix that to..)
And according to banner and buttons I will change them, its like ~10minutes job that is now..
And you can see my other page www.juodasisskorpionas.lt (and yes, I know the image colors are blacker then the background.. will change that latter)
