Rusty_v, you need to come in here, and you owe an explanation.
This issue is regarding the account IonCore.
The ban reason has been stated as Scammer/Multiple Accounts.
You were in a transaction with him about currency exchange.
PP to LR.
You were supposed to give him $100 PP in return on 83$ LR.
HE sent you the LR, and I have ALL THE PROOFS of it.
All of the other proofs are in IonCore's PM Inbox, but since he has been banned by you, he cannot bring them in front.
I request the staff to not move this thread anywhere else, coz this is regarding feedback of HF STAFF!
I smell something fishy here.
He sent you the LR in the morning (IST) and you were supposed to pay him by PP.
You took the LR, and then he got a ban on his account.
I request you to either pay the PP upfront, or return the LR.
Also, I'm posting all this for IonCore, who is my very good IRL friend.
I want a sincere reply from you regarding this matter.
If the transaction won't be completed, I'll open a scam report against you with all of the proofs including screenshots of the LR account.

Umm staff doesn't own you an explanation. Secondly you were not even involved. If your friend has a problem with a ban and a staff member then he needs to use the "contact form". That is why it is there.
If this is a scam report, move it to the "Scam Report" section.
