This isn't a hacking your friend's PC tool. it's to shut internet off.
Use the portscanner on his IP. If no port comes up just hit him with any port.

Yes it does but you'll also be disconnected because of the strength of this tool. It allocates all your network to preform the DDoS and hits in a thread that sends packets like the speed of light xD
