You have to click each link on that and leave a comment with your link including anchor text.. simple..!! check in google after one hour.. You link will be on search engine!!

It's not a random blogs my dear. They are selected and old blogs which are very effective for SEO.
Look the Alexa ranking of each blogs.. They are selected for a reasons.. Please use otherwise don't flame my thread.
