I need some help to get my Cerberys ftp server up, i have downloaded it and i cant get it up, help is needed

Cerberus isn't a FTP RAT, from my knowledge. Just use the search option between upgrade and member list under HackForums logo.

well, either way, http://www.SPAM.com/ is my favorite free ftp host. Then I love using FileZilla as the ftp client.
