Tl;dr= Father has prostate cancer and I have 2 company's to run,I also am back to college full time, why I'm selling. I don't have time to manage a group but I would love to again in the future.
I would prefer a speedy sale but I can tell you I wont even consider under $4.5k. I wont sell if I don't get a price I find acceptable, Since I didn't sell to people offering $4.75k that should tell you something.

I don't really think we should care about why is he selling or what are his motives, honestly none of our concern.
His website, his family is his personal problem.

As long as he hasn't rented out his group and collected money for buyins, subforums, etc and now is selling it - Then I don't have any problem either.
If my family members just got ill and I didn't have time to enjoy a group I paid $5k for, I would also want to sell it as there is no point in just holding onto it!
