As long as he hasn't rented out his group and collected money for buyins, subforums, etc and now is selling it - Then I don't have any problem either.
If my family members just got ill and I didn't have time to enjoy a group I paid $5k for, I would also want to sell it as there is no point in just holding onto it!
I hope the next owner actually prunes the posts :/
