There is almost no rhyme or reason behind them limiting accounts. They just want money, that's all they want. If there was as good of alternative to Paypal, I would leave Paypal right away, but sadly there's not.
Paypal can go fuck themselves in the ass with the giant dildo they probably bought with all the money they pretty much stole.
