They are not as you so eloquently put it "a fucking joke". Rules and policies on HF are put in place for a reason. The help documents are there to help us. Omniscient will not just bend the rules, modify the rules, be unfair or be lenient toward members, just because they donate or ass kiss. Rules are rules, and are enforced by the Staff team, no matter what the circumstance, you break a rule, you get punished. Simple.

OP, just report him to Omni but remember - he will check your account for any suspicious or bad record, or if you have done something wrong resulting in you also getting a punishment. Be careful about that.

If you're in a community or forum site where there are rules enforced, they're there for an obvious reason. And if you simply would not follow them, you can obviously always get off this site. Without refunds, of course.
