I just recieved a pm about trading rep from Majin Buu. I have no idea why and this was random. I don't know what to do about this. Report him? He already got a neutral rep saying that he was asking for rep by someone else.

What is reputation abuse?
Reputation abuse can be very complicated subject matter. Here is a list of the following ways reputation can be viewed as abuse.
• Flaming: Using coarse language to describe or berate a member.
• Reputation as a currency: We do not allow the buying or selling of reputations.
• Gang Rep: The act of coordination with other members to raise or lower a member’s reputation is not allowed.
• Rep Coercion: Using intimidation, threats, or blackmail to get reps added or removed.
• Rep Requesting: You cannot give hints, tips, or request reputations.
• Scammer Reputation: You're required to leave a link to a Deal Dispute thread you have created to infer someone is a scammer (ie: scammer, scams, chargebacks, scamming).
• Reputation Collusion: Agreeing to participate in reciprocal reputations with a member.

How do I report abuse or get the invalid rep removed?
You can PM the admin Omniscient. Be warned. If you did not read fully this page and the rep left on your account was indeed within policy then you will get RepFucked without any hesitation. If you were left a scammer rep we may also do a full investigation of your account. If we find out you're breaking any site policies you will get a closed account.

Trade repping is not allowed, but posting PMs outside of the deal dispute section isn't too. So, you might want to delete that screenshot.

It was stated in what you quoted. You PM Omniscient after thoroughly reading the Reputation Help Docs, and fully confirming that it does in fact break the rules.

Yeah no doubt. I usually get messages like crazy now that I have upgraded. Always "Hey yo, can I have 1 rep? I am your friend" or some shit along those lines.

Omni doesn't really care about rep abuse.. it all depends on whether he likes/dislikes you or the other person involved.
The so-called "rules" here are a fucking joke. Donating and/or kissing asses helps people get away with a lot of broken rules.
What I'd do if I were you is, I'd stick it up my asshole 'cause no one from staff (except Judge) ever gave a flying fuck.
