Err no. I asked Omni to sticky it to aid in the moderation of this section. If it's not stickied, it's still generated some extra awareness of the section rules.

This. It's more than just the age thing. I watched a documentary on it once, I can't recall their exact reasons but Korea is just sketchy in general when it comes to internet gaming. They take it so seriously.

I could move their as a foreigner and get one straight away though, it's literally just used to keep track of who''s under 18 and who isn't because it's the easiest way to do it.
