the Korean gaming law is because of this by the way:

"the Korean government banned anyone aged under 18 from playing games online between midnight and 8 am.[19]"

This. It's more than just the age thing. I watched a documentary on it once, I can't recall their exact reasons but Korea is just sketchy in general when it comes to internet gaming. They take it so seriously.
