umm, why don't people just copy paste the text and pictures into a new pdf or something? wouldn't that seem the most logical way to leak it instead of risking their identity?
kind of weird, how do you counter that? is it even possible?
edit: i suppose you could use different words in certain places for each buyer, and document these words relating to each buyer to detect who leaked it. Lot of effort tho.

Imo, I think typing up the ebook through a photo editing software like Photoshop with the watermarks, text, screenshots, etc, and then converting that image into a PDF would definitely stop leaking since it's impossible to highlight text from an image and removing those watermarks are a pain. But I guess not everyone has the program or little skill to do so.
