This isn't about black vs white, this is about innocent people vs cops. What you just posted makes the argument for standing with the police even weaker. Police should not be killing ANYBODY unless they are clearly about to kill someone else. Dude... You're clueless. You say this isn't about race, but the shooting you're talking about (the one you say is justified) is about race. The shooter even said "he wanted to kill as many whites, especially white officers, as possible". He said he was inspired by Black Lives Matter and he wanted to kill white people because of cop shootings of black people. You're saying a racist shooting is justified, and yet you claim this isn't about race. Lol, you don't even know the facts of the fucking shooting and yet you think you have a right to talk about it? All in all, I don't see anything wrong with police in America. I'm fine with the way they are. A tiny amount of innocent people die each DECADE, and that's collateral damage. It's sad when a cop kills someone for an unjust reason, but that's the price on the protection they provide each and every day. They are not going around killing people for no reason. Most unjust killings are serious misunderstandings / tough circumstances / it's not like the cop just picked someone to kill that day. Also, cops ARE held accountable. Find me a cop that murdered someone or shot someone unjustly and wasn't punished / made public. You say the cops aren't a good credible source (Um, can you please show me where I posted a cop-related source?), and yet they're more than willing to cooperate in the trials. Hell, many cops even wear body cams now so it IS more accountable and many chiefs have imposed consequences for cops who turn off their body cam, or show up with a broken one (to discourage them breaking them on purpose). This is accountability in action. You say "FUCK THE COPS FOR KILLING PEOPLE - BUT ITS OKAY FOR THIS GUY TO KILL COPS". You make yourself sound like a 12 year old dimwit within a sentence of your posts bro. * - SkullTraill - Jul 8, 2016 (Jul 8, 2016 07:41 AM)Nerdi Wrote: Dude... You're clueless. I didn't say the situation was racially charged, I said that I was supporting it for reasons that are not related to race, personally. BLM and this shooter are only in this mindset due to years and years of unjust police brutality. Personally idc if it's a black or white guy, police need to be held accountable, and if a few cops needed to die at the hands of a BLM activist in order to bring attention to it, then so be it? * - Nerdi - Jul 8, 2016 (Jul 8, 2016 07:44 AM)SkullTraill Wrote: You are clueless, not me. I didn't say the situation was racially charged, I said that I was supporting it for reasons that are not related to race, personally. You're a disgrace. Thank god you're not American. True Americans stand behind their police and military. Regardless of the race issue (because you want to just ignore it, lol) of this specific shooting, the "activist" was a goddamn terrorist. Not only did he shoot innocents from an elevated position, he shot cops that were trying to protect the innocents, and even threatened that IEDs were scattered around the city. He's invoking terror through words and action. He's not a fucking "activist" and nothing he did was justified. Violence against innocents and random cops is never justified. Anyways, this thread is cancerous, I will not see your reply - I'm out. * - Hackmeister567 - Jul 8, 2016 (Jul 8, 2016 07:30 AM)SkullTraill Wrote: Innocent cops died today, but that was not the fault of black people, >Black persons kill police officer >Not their fault > * - 2JZ-GTE - Jul 8, 2016 Shut the fuck up faggot OP, go suck some pigs dick (Jul 8, 2016 08:27 AM)Hackmeister567 Wrote: >Black persons kill police officer Just like how the blacks killed by cops doesn't make all cops bad, Go kys faggo * - Combatant - Jul 8, 2016 (Jul 8, 2016 07:38 AM)SkullTraill Wrote: I don't give a shit about races you fucktard. What you just posted makes the argument for standing with the police even weaker. Police should not be killing ANYBODY unless they are clearly about to kill someone else. Some statistics for you. https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/national/police-shootings/ https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/national/police-shootings-2016/ Most shootings are justified, only a small number accounting for unjustified shootings. What in your right mind makes you believe this is justified? Just because a few individuals may have been killed in an unjustified manner, how does that make the same act on another party justified? People are disgruntled over apparent innocent killings of civilians by police, in which they are protesting about, but then they turn around and do the same act that they're protesting about. Anyone that commits the act of innocently killing a cop just became just as bad as a cop that killed an innocent civilian. Two wrongs don't make a right, and this is definitely not a justified event to see multiple cops being killed. Quote:I agree with that part, but sometimes the only way to initiate change is with shock/force. People have been demanding for years that the police be held more accountable, but until now, nothing has happened. Right, but not this type of force. If anything, this just raises the tension. As I said, two wrongs do not make a right. Innocent officers did not have to die in order to get a message across. Literally, what the shooter did, is not going to change a damn thing for the better. He just made this worse using a cowardly act of terrorism. * - Ace Of Jesus - Jul 8, 2016 (Jul 8, 2016 07:06 AM)SkullTraill Wrote: I feel like it was completely justified.Every single word you've just said, explains everything I want to say. And the police officer gets a 3 month paid off and leave? What the hell is that justice? The use of his gun to shoot at him wasnt justified. I dont care about the guy background, just looking at the scene, it's abusive. Totally agree with you. The situations where the officer gets administrative leave are all situations where the shooting is justified, or they're conducting an investigation on an officer. Most of these shootings are justified, and many people think that, or else they wouldn't get off the hook. You have to look at incidents from the officers perspective. If you're out on a call and you know that a significant majority that people do not like you as a cop, you're going to be wary of that and aware that the possibility of someone trying to hurt you is very real. On top of that, you see a person that appears to be reaching for a firearm. As a cop, are you going to risk losing your life because you don't want to be seen as racist or over stepping your bounds? No. You're going to shoot that fucker that seems to be reaching for that firearm because at the end of the day, it's your life or his. Take a look at it from a cop's perspective and you will be enlightened, I promise you. Do some cops mess up as a result of this? Yes, it happens. However, a majority of the time, these shootings are justified. The only reason people think otherwise is because people always have to bring fucking race into everything and always make every. single. incident. the cop's fault. Even incidents where a black man is rightfully shot and killed, people have to bring race into it and make it seem unjustified. Media and the way the community views all this is bullshit. The situations with a lot of these shootings involving police and seemingly innocent civilians is nothing in comparison to some racist fucker just blatantly blasting away at innocent cops at a peaceful protest, doing their job. That isn't justice, it's terrorism. * - Desolate Night - Jul 8, 2016 This happens when too much people can obtain guns too easy. Sucks to do your job and get killed because of it. * - HCIM - Jul 8, 2016 What goes around.... Certainly comes back around. Sad day, but when your killing people for fun sooner or later something is going to happen. Cops aren't doing anything to stop their "brothers in blue" either. Other than keeping their "Blue wall of Silence." * - Desert - Jul 8, 2016 (Jul 8, 2016 07:06 AM)SkullTraill Wrote: I feel like it was completely justified. Here is an FYI for you no disrespect but in the video they cut out 29 seconds of it not showing the full clip the media does this all time to get the people fired up and make the white cops look bad its really stupid that the media is allowed to cut out parts of a video soon the full video will be released without the cuttings in it. Fuck you. You can either keep looking for whom to blame, or you can grow up and work together to make a change. There have been multiple solutions proposed to reform the police system, so let's get them implemented. Write a letter to your local sheriff. Don't just sit here while more people die. * - Combatant - Jul 8, 2016 (Jul 8, 2016 10:13 AM)Boochie Gang Wrote: You guys do know it was only 1 Lone shooter? You probably see those words because we are not sure if there were more than one person involved, therefore are leaving the possibility open for multiple people to be involved. It's an ongoing investigation and no one is sure who else may have been involved. It's not anyone trying to blame a whole group of people, stop trying to bring irrelevant things into the situation.
