Why not?
The reason why I think this may be an issue is legalities. You are risking a lot of legal issues. I am unaware of what could occur should authorities get word of people using insider information to generate a profit, but, I imagine something could happen. But again, I am unfamiliar with the laws / lack of laws behind crypto.

I don't see how we are doing anything illegal. We simply get McAfee's "tips" earlier, we don't have to wait for him to post in on twitter.

Got the Sia tip minutes early, made a VERY favorable position.
I've made 7k in minutes and Meow has made considerable profits as well.
