Why not?

The reason why I think this may be an issue is legalities. You are risking a lot of legal issues. I am unaware of what could occur should authorities get word of people using insider information to generate a profit, but, I imagine something could happen. But again, I am unfamiliar with the laws / lack of laws behind crypto.

I don't see how we are doing anything illegal. We simply get McAfee's "tips" earlier, we don't have to wait for him to post in on twitter.
