I say good for the FBI people targeting kids online or real life and more over for dirtbag shit well they are lucky that they end up being arrested I am sure some people would love to get a hold of one of these people and after stomping their eyeballs out that dirtbag is done for the day. If the government was serious about tracking down these kids who infect for the purpose as in OP they would have them the same day that they started looking.
Not sure if they are playing the long game, have better things to do or just suck at their jobs.
If they need some tutorials, I am happy to sell them ebooks on how to track kids down using the resources we have, and even put in how to track these people using resources they have.

Lets be honest here. The entire point to the OP was to tell everyone the FBI is doing the job they are suppose to be doing.
If you are going around infecting people, children or anyone for that fact you should face the consequences.
Put aside the reasons or objectives as to why people are doing this, accessing someone elses machine without their consent is still nothing more than a gross invasion of personal privacy.
