Few people understand how big of a problem there is with no being careful on the internet. You have so much info out there, yet few seem to care in the slightest.

This is not an HF security issue. It's an internet security issue. Children should be monitored. I have teenage daughters. I discuss with them proper internet use and warn them about potential problems. I even install monitoring on their phones so I could control their social media usage.

I have a feeling more teenagers are hacked and harassed at FaceBook than HF.

I appreciate a response. I did add I don't think they're targeting HF directly at all, but just knowing I have seen threads here about targeting younger girls.

If the government was serious about tracking down these kids who infect for the purpose as in OP they would have them the same day that they started looking.

Not sure if they are playing the long game, have better things to do or just suck at their jobs.

If they need some tutorials, I am happy to sell them ebooks on how to track kids down using the resources we have, and even put in how to track these people using resources they have.

Lets be honest here. The entire point to the OP was to tell everyone the FBI is doing the job they are suppose to be doing.
If you are going around infecting people, children or anyone for that fact you should face the consequences.

Put aside the reasons or objectives as to why people are doing this, accessing someone elses machine without their consent is still nothing more than a gross invasion of personal privacy.
