That's pretty crazy, never seen a sub myself and I can't imagine seeing one in the middle of the ocean like that, I think with the choppers and stuff it'll give you a weird goose-bump feeling lol

I did some research and found out that most of these are known as "semi-submersibles" which means they can't go completely underwater.
