is the only difference between the personal upgrade account and the Premium Private Account is that one is on my existing account and the other is you provide an account?

Correct, just that difference. And the account I provide is premade but fully private to you. Change password, setup 2FA but don't change the email g!

Mostly to feel safe though.
However, the premade account is also completely private to you, you can put up the 2Fa aswell so third party doesn’t have access to it.
