is the only difference between the personal upgrade account and the Premium Private Account is that one is on my existing account and the other is you provide an account?

Correct, just that difference. And the account I provide is premade but fully private to you. Change password, setup 2FA but don't change the email g!
Thanks, so personal upgrade is the only way to assure a 3rd party can't log into my account at any time.
