I just don't like that they've removed their NL and MD locations. The only location they have that I'd trust anymore is CH. Cryptostorm's team is very advanced though, overall I trust them a lot.

It's all a matter of opinion I believe. Do I see the need for a quad vpn? No, not for me. Would I use a double? Sure.

My fav for sure, BTC payment with only an E-Mail required.
What would be your recommended best VPN location regarding logging/Privacy laws.

Zorro logs I shared a zorro login with a guy that did tons of BH activity and the zorro login got terminated and they handed over payment logs and some other data wouldn't trust them at all.

I never heard back from him, but from what I hear it sounds pretty solid. I don't like that you're confined to 1 location at a time, but that's not the worst.

NVPN is also a great vpn, have bbeen using them for a while and haven't had a problem yet.
