It would be nice if invisible characters weren't allowed in FRONT of the other characters, that way those people's names could actually show up when using the search function.

You should be since you don't have any special characters in your name. He also said he wouldn't force anyone to change their username.

I think that's fairly clear. Using hidden/invisible characters to create short usernames is going to result in me taking your account and turning into mush.
Suggest you immediately edit your username if you're violating this policy.

Take that back, I am not sure. I thought this was a different thread at first, but it says you need 4 visible characters. So honestly I am not sure.

I've always had the policy about minimum visible characters as informal. But I would always take action against one or two character accounts and allow 3 characters visible. But officially this is now set and I've placed it at 4 minimum.
