I think that's fairly clear. Using hidden/invisible characters to create short usernames is going to result in me taking your account and turning into mush.

Suggest you immediately edit your username if you're violating this policy.

Hopefully you do not have to change your name because that is one dope signature. Never seen anything like it.

I've always had the policy about minimum visible characters as informal. But I would always take action against one or two character accounts and allow 3 characters visible. But officially this is now set and I've placed it at 4 minimum.
