It only takes a few seconds, and you don't need the template or .psd to do it. I used to do it for other members and the ones I made are in edition 313 and a few others.

It happens it's just usually not the Memo section so people don't realise. Novica provides graphics to the Writers as a courtesy, I'm sure he has other things to do every now and then. Will be corrected in the following edition.
