Meh I was able to prove he scammed you, but he did return the account. If I were to add him it'd be to the Dishonorable Mentions section, and I only leave people there for 2 weeks unless they do something else thats suspicious, and it's been about a week and 3 days since Joe's scam, so I'm not going to bother adding him.

Updated with any current scam reports with indisputable evidence, but unfortunately was only able to add one name.
If you'd like me to look at a specific scam report that's older than two weeks, please use the format on the OP and PM me, other than that, I will not be going farther than 2 weeks back when looking at scam reports. I will try to keep up with them as they are made, but to be 100% sure that I see them PM them to me.
