I am back home, with a decent amount of free time again. Expect this list to be reformatted and updated soon. I have created a new way of adding users to the list, you can see an example by scrolling down the the X's, he is currently the only one in this format, but I like the way it looks and expect to switch all existing reports and new reports to this format. Sorry for the lack of updates.

Scamming has always existed here on HackForums, but as of lately, it appears to be becoming more common, and we're beginning to see a lot of reputable members stop caring and start scamming. In order to help keep some of you safe, Necrotoxin and myself are going to start compiling different scam reports, and if we feel there is enough proof against someone, we will add their name to this topic and add a reason to why they are on the list. Eventually I hope to have this topic stickied for everyone to use as a reference before trading, but I'm expecting that not to happen for a long time, if ever, so I'll do my best to keep this topic ed.

I want everyone to be aware that this topic in no way will include every scammer on HackForums, so just because they are not on this list does not mean you are not at risk. Also, just because they are on this list doesn't mean they are completely bad, you just may want to avoid going first with said user.

Please be aware that I will under no circumstances add anyone to this list unless their is indisputable proof against them. If the Scam Report is still heated, under discussion, or controversial in any way, they will not be added to my list. Also please note that I am a full time College student, and whilst I try to put a good amount of time into HackForums every day, I will not be able to instantly update this. I will have Necrotoxin here aiding me in keeping this as organized and up to date as possible, but like I said, instant updates will not always be available.

Like I said before, this thread is still a heavy work in progress so please don't complain about it's current lack of info. I have class today and I finish moving today, so I'm treating this as a bit of a 'Trial Release' for general Feedback and Suggestions.

Should I add a section called "Dishonorable Mentions" or something like that, for those who do petty scams for like $2 or people who scam, but later admit to it and refund their money. People added to this section would be removed after a certain amount of time.
