Man, I have being waiting for 3 months now. I still have no service with my reseller service, no one is answering my tickets :(. and I have to pay for the third time now. The vps service is great, reseller not so much. Everything is disabled for me at WHM. Can't make new accs etc. Being asking them a question for 3 months no one knows whats going on

i have had two different vps's over the past two months and i would say there is about 50% downtime with little support, i am very dissatisfied

I still have not had the chance to use my hosting. The nameservers you have given me haven't worked since I bought on 4/12/12. I have opened up support tickets and such, but you just give me the same ones. Obviously, there is something wrong if I tried dot.tk and namecheap to put the nameservers to yours. I'm pretty sure it is down right now too, I'm most likely switching hosts because of the poor support and service. I expected so much more...

i just want my money back ... you vps is untouched and im very unsatisfied.
