Like I said there VPS's are good just the support is not great...Like cunningham has not been on for 2 days and Delta is AFK alot...But other than that they're good

Waited 2 days to get my reply. Still havent received it! I have PM'ed Delta and he just ignores you.

Terrible support.

Should I charge back? Or should I wait it out?

this is sad i have people coming to my saying their vps is up and running but yet i have yet to get any support over the last 3-4 week with any of my product y'all mark then as active but when i go to open a ticket y'all place it on hold we another week
