I don't think that my customers are dumb lol. I respect my customers more than anything.
Without customers, a business is nothing but a fail.

About your issue, I have checked everything from our side and everything is perfect.
Portforward works for rest of the customers. As it doesn't work for you, it must be an error with your network / PC.
You have to troubleshoot it as I have no control over your network / PC.

Asked for support on Skype two days ago and I got completely blanked.

Not happy at all.

EDIT: Turns out my Skype was bugged. I asked for help over PM instead and got a quick and helpful response.

Is it any way to get around it or did I just throw money into the sea?

It sometimes gets detected for Hulu. Well, most of the VPNs do.
Please try another server.
