Yes you have admitted multiple times that you are using it illegally. You paid for it 'legally' but you are using it on machines that you do not have permission to control. Doesn't matter if you were paid or they are criminals. * - EvilNerd - Apr 12, 2017 I imagine how those popcorn are salty with the tears of all nanocore users, who trust and paid you and got screwed. * - Armada - Apr 12, 2017 (Apr 12, 2017 11:26 AM)$lick Wrote: [warn] Jebus man, you actually got warned for that? LOL... I am so done here.... * - -ViTALiTY - Apr 12, 2017 About time someone did. His "look at me I always funny and I don't really care about other people's opinions" is kind of tiring, unoriginal and doesn't add anything. * - DaUB3R - Apr 12, 2017 (Apr 11, 2017 12:01 PM)EvilNerd Wrote: Suddenly, with no warning, the service ceased, server went offline and the software become not operative. Yes, as stated in the Terms of Service (Apr 11, 2017 12:01 PM)EvilNerd Wrote: The explanation that the owner of nanocore gave for this situation is basically a "because f**k you". Well "You" agreed to the TOS when purchasing the product. (Apr 11, 2017 12:01 PM)EvilNerd Wrote: I subscribed several hack sites, but browse and make deal only on HF. 1) HF is not a 'hack site'.. Most blackhat activities are banned. Plus the owner openly assists police/investigators in searching for those who try to make this a 'hack site' 2) Zero tolerance for LQP and trolling? Take a look at some of Orgy's posts. HQ Post from the owner himself In fact, go to the 'View New Posts' section and browse through some threads. Huge scam reports get opened regularly here; I swear it's like every other week a nigga gets scammed for their group. (Apr 11, 2017 12:01 PM)EvilNerd Wrote: nanocore for me was an instrument of work. It wasn't that good tbh. 🤝 (Apr 11, 2017 12:01 PM)EvilNerd Wrote: This is not my case: I've NEVER even considerating mass spreading for getting thousands of "slaves". Then you're wasting your time. ✌ (Apr 11, 2017 12:01 PM)EvilNerd Wrote: The otions for the owner of nanocore are: Personally if I were the owners, I'd restore the server and ban you. (Apr 11, 2017 12:01 PM)EvilNerd Wrote: This is also against the interests of HF admins: cracked software don't pay sticky. Probably the smartest thing you said in the whole thread. * - robwilliams464 - Apr 12, 2017 Look at some raw facts here: 1) Before you shut down someone for illegal activity, look at yourself honestly. Who doesn't use RATs for 'illegal' purposes? Why tha heck would you be even creating RATs, Ii you really wanted to remotely administer a PC to which you have rights. There are multiple free software on the web (teamviwer, anydesk, ammyadmin etc). So stop the hypocrisy. I believe illegal is a grey shade act not a black/white. So long as you stay within limits of your own concise and morals, you should be fine. * - DaUB3R - Apr 12, 2017 (Apr 12, 2017 12:48 PM)robwilliams464 Wrote: Look at some raw facts here: Alright Donald Trump; Illegal is not illegal anymore, because you said. 🤝 * - robwilliams464 - Apr 12, 2017 you didn't just compare me with that creep. how unfair! * - Armada - Apr 12, 2017 (Apr 12, 2017 12:48 PM)robwilliams464 Wrote: Look at some raw facts here: Firstly, your trust scan is absolutely disgusting. But you clearly miss the point of Remote Administrative products altogether. You realize microsoft has one built right the fuck in to your operating system right? Open run and type "msdt" Why is no one going after Microsoft for the fact they have a REMOTE ADMIN TOOL embedded in your fucking operating system.???????? Did you really agree to that when you clicked that TOS? Did you READ the TOS? Fucking idiots... * - DaUB3R - Apr 12, 2017 (Apr 12, 2017 02:45 PM)Armada Wrote: Firstly, your trust scan is absolutely disgusting. Listen my nigga, don't explain to these fuckboys. Of course when other people are raided for a software you are deemed responsible for, you have the right to cover your ass. But shutting down the server without any warning you negate the same right to all your customers, people who have trusted you, paid for your software and respected the rules of HF don't dealing in cracked application . As I told before I have just some client. People out there have hundreds of clients who constantly ping their IP address. All those server software, left unattended is an evidence against us. Before or later their antivirus will find it and they will know to be spied. I have no worries about "illegal" things, because I do not violate the law, but I'm somewhat worried about how the people I collect information about can react finding my server and my IP address (even if obscured). I just ask you to run the server for 2-3 days more to allow us to access our clients, erase or updating the server software. In alternative develop a forced update for nanocore that erase (uninstall) remotely the server. The second alternative also is good for you if you are raided: you have the proof to have actively worked for erasing the malware in all the computers. This also reinforce your legal defence about the legality of the software that you sold: "when I know that my legit software was used illegally Immediately I created an update that erase the server remotely." "If someone are using this software maliciously they are obviously using a cracked version" * - TheWarOwl - Apr 12, 2017 I don't use HF for hacking things anymore. Not to say that I'm interested in "slaves", but I used to be interested in digital security. I'm mostly just here to program and learn looking at others source code :P But yes, I would agree. A forum that doesn't allow me to protect my identity, yet involves plenty of legal issues doesn't really seem like a great place to use "controversial" products, not to say that half of the people here in trouble should even be in trouble. If Kali Linux was a paid product, yes it's fucked in every way to raid them and destroy the product there customers paid for. It's not feds say in who's innocent or guilty without evidence. Kali Linux is FREE. Arguably just as good as anything here as you can build a fully featured backdoor for any OS and get it 100% FUD. Why aren't their users being raided without a proper warrant? For personal use I've just stuck with orcus, it's already been through the legal system and I'm pretty confident it won't be taken down anytime soon :P |
