Yes you have admitted multiple times that you are using it illegally.
You paid for it 'legally' but you are using it on machines that you do not have permission to control. Doesn't matter if you were paid or they are criminals.

I subscribed several hack sites, but browse and make deal only on HF.
Because I felt that the quality and integrity are something liked and enforced here: the policy of zero tolerance with LQP, warez, spam, trolling, scams and illegal activity paid: HF grows and become a place totally different
from the average "teen" hacking site

1) HF is not a 'hack site'.. Most blackhat activities are banned. Plus the owner openly assists police/investigators in searching for those who try to make this a 'hack site'

1 run the server for more 1 week, so we can recover our clients with a more reliable rat or erase the server there.
2 create a tool that, run as a nanocore administator erase (deinstall) all the server as they tries a connection.
3 do nothing and debase the reputation of HF (hope of staff action in this case)

Personally if I were the owners, I'd restore the server and ban you.

This is also against the interests of HF admins: cracked software don't pay sticky.

Why tha heck would you be even creating RATs, Ii you really wanted to remotely administer a PC to which you have rights. I understand $lick concern about the whole affair.
Of course when other people are raided for a software you are deemed responsible for, you have the right to cover your ass.
But shutting down the server without any warning you negate the same right to all your customers, people who have trusted you, paid for your software and respected the rules of HF don't dealing in cracked application

As I told before I have just some client. People out there have hundreds of clients who constantly ping their IP address. All those server software, left unattended is an evidence against us. Before or later their antivirus will find it and they will know to be spied.

I have no worries about "illegal" things, because I do not violate the law, but I'm somewhat worried about how the people I collect information about can react finding my server and my IP address (even if obscured).

I just ask you to run the server for 2-3 days more to allow us to access our clients, erase or updating the server software.

In alternative develop a forced update for nanocore that erase (uninstall) remotely the server.
The second alternative also is good for you if you are raided: you have the proof to have actively worked for erasing the malware in all the computers.
This also reinforce your legal defence about the legality of the software that you sold: "when I know that my legit software was used illegally Immediately I created an update that erase the server remotely."

I don't use HF for hacking things anymore. Not to say that I'm interested in "slaves", but I used to be interested in digital security.

But yes, I would agree. A forum that doesn't allow me to protect my identity, yet involves plenty of legal issues doesn't really seem like a great place to use "controversial" products, not to say that half of the people here in trouble should even be in trouble. If Kali Linux was a paid product, yes it's fucked in every way to raid them and destroy the product there customers paid for. It's not feds say in who's innocent or guilty without evidence. Kali Linux is FREE. Arguably just as good as anything here as you can build a fully featured backdoor for any OS and get it 100% FUD. Why aren't their users being raided without a proper warrant?

For personal use I've just stuck with orcus, it's already been through the legal system and I'm pretty confident it won't be taken down anytime soon :P
