I use this channel. They have helpful staff, and a large amount of people to exchange with. The chat is pretty much always active, and pretty much everyone is willing to help each other out.
One word of advice: PAY ATTENTION TO THE RULES. If not, you'll get banned.
Using a proxy will get you banned, even if you're just viewing your page for impressions. This has just been confirmed. Unfortunately, by me.

Sendmelinks.com has a 1:1 ratio for impressions. For every blog/site you view you get one view in return. PPlinx.com is having a $3 special, including 5000 impressions.

Sendmelinks.com doesn't seem to exist
