I use this channel. They have helpful staff, and a large amount of people to exchange with. The chat is pretty much always active, and pretty much everyone is willing to help each other out.

One word of advice: PAY ATTENTION TO THE RULES. If not, you'll get banned.
Using a proxy will get you banned, even if you're just viewing your page for impressions. This has just been confirmed. Unfortunately, by me.
