Sounds like a good idea. However, I feel it'll easily be abused for the gain of an award if there aren't strict stipulations in place.

Bad idea. Do you remember the bullshit you went through last time? Like 6 months of bulk PMs to go through. Do what you want though, I just don't think it's worth your time.

The Video Contest award is pretty null now, 3 of the 4 members are closed, and the award is very much time specific and outdated right now. Opening it up and introducing it again with a new purpose would be a first in HF history really, and help recycle awards a little bit. Whatcha think?
