I think it should be a contest, because its not hard to get some random screenrecorder and make 1 video on hf, or the same video on hf but different variants

But the point is promotion. So I'm not against videos that aren't the highest quality.

I think everyone should be able to make a video. Let everyone earn the award!

Make it a limited time thing where people get a chance to send in their video's. If you like them and they meet the requirements they get the award.

The Video Contest award is pretty null now, 3 of the 4 members are closed, and the award is very much time specific and outdated right now. Opening it up and introducing it again with a new purpose would be a first in HF history really, and help recycle awards a little bit. Whatcha think?
