So ub3rs are untrustworthy because you're to lazy to push out the extra $100-$200 and use eBay?
If you want something cheap from us then you buy it the way the seller says.
If you want something with guarantee then fuck off and find somewhere where you can buy it for full price (If it's new as well).

Actually there is many difference between normal members and leets and ubers.
leets and ubers tend to rep abuse :P...mostly ubers rep abuse to behonest though.
About the scamming :

official reviews
'trusted member' reviews
however ubers are no more trusted then normal members, it is all down to the reputation you make yourself here even as a normal member if you make a good rep with everyone, it does not make a difference.

Ubers means respected rather than trusted. Ubers can still scam. You can't prove someone (a uber) is trusted for $200 just because they dealt with like $50 to other people..
