this is a little late, but yeah I lost alot of the weight from going to the gym, atleast 10 pounds of it was from not drinking anymore sodas. But my eating habits still suck.

I used to weigh 125, but my fiance got pregnant and I gained more weight than she did over the 9 months lmao.
Way too much beer went straight to the gut. When you lose the other person splitting the 6 packs it gets rough hahaha

i tried my best by having over 11000 calories a fucking day
i lost weight keep in mind i do not go outside i'm just behind my pc listening to audiobooks , learning and reading

Empty calories will do you no help.
I eat between 3 and 5 thousand calories each day with protein pack meat and vegetables.
