Method privatized. Due to the increase of over-saturation on Craigslist, massive threads being created about questions that already have been answered here, and people closing/flagging these kinds of posts on craigslist/replying with nonsense to these ads because they think they're cool.

They will get removed in a matter of time, but you'll still receive customers before that happens.
Chargebacks depend on how they're sending it.

One thread focused on using Chat Rooms, which I had no success on and another focused on using CL, but was badly explained.

It doesn't matter as long as the paypal your creating is in the US. If your going to create a Canadian one, then I do recommend using a VPN.
Send money to your main once or twice a month, not as a gift. You'll get limited if you do.
When you reply to your slaves, make sure you have something covering your IP like proXPN, just for extra protection.
