Honestly, I've only used one or two threads to learn how to E-Whore. One thread focused on using Chat Rooms, which I had no success on and another focused on using CL, but was badly explained.
Mine is just a more in depth tutorial, made by me, from my own words.

It doesn't matter as long as the paypal your creating is in the US. If your going to create a Canadian one, then I do recommend using a VPN.

Send money to your main once or twice a month, not as a gift. You'll get limited if you do.

When you reply to your slaves, make sure you have something covering your IP like proXPN, just for extra protection.
