• Open notepad and copy the code
  


• Paste the code in the notepad save file as Shell.php must change the format to .php
  

• Take the php file you made
  


• Upload the .php file you made using a ftp client or the default file manager in the cpanel

this is not the same as just one person pinging an address right? does it make a difference also if more than one person uses it to flood the same address?
